a easier way to stop this happening would be to prevent transfers into an inactive account. period. and that should be easy to do.

Add to the growing list of things wrong with Qantas website which are being ignored.

How about 2 or 3 days before the account becomes inactive? Won't last long in that case either....

I notice the terms and conditions have been updated with the new points earning tables and information about Aquire... but still nothing seems to have changed about transferring to an inactive account.
