Love a good sale. But this one is not of interest to me. I love the Swarovski tennis bracelet purchased the other day and wore it last night. Very sparkly under halogen lights. An excellent bargain from prices back home.

These are general jewellery items. I've been past this sale several times and always several people deep. Clearly I'm in the minority on this one. People are buying boxes and boxes of them.

Am really enjoying the TR from the two old dames (probably younger than me!).

I've never been on a cruise nor even thought about it.

The photos are awesome and certainly show places I've never seen.

What a surprise OD Younger, no shopping! The music lecture was on Madam Butterfly and the play M Butterfly. Quite heavy but very interesting, unfortunately I kept nodding off in the following lecture on Bligh though the place was packed.

On deck 4 (and others) it is pretty much impossible to see the other end.

No need for a cardio workout in the gym then. You'll be walking kilometres per day just getting around the ship

Oh what a pity ODY, no Vlad today. He really makes you work! Table sales are still all go. But not the sort of stuff I go for. Pavilion pool is reasonably quiet, just a couple of co-ordination challenged ping pong players with the ball ending up amongst the deck chairs often.

I moved this morning because of noisy ping pong players. . Some kind of tournament.

Don't worry Dame the Older. We worked our butts off. I get quite a kick when younger men select the same weights as I do and can't keep it happening. It was a circuit.

Seems we don't need a passport in Kota Kinabalu. And their language is Bahasa which is the same as in Bali so I know a few words which will help.

It's a Port day and having put the clocks back another hour the time difference means that people are up early. I'm awoken with the usual metal door bang. This time it's done me a favour. I go out to the balcony just in time to see a glorious sunrise over Kinabalu as we've changed directions to move into the Bay

So many photos it's hard to pick which ones.

Two guys in a boat pass by and as the pass where I'm standing. I wave to them. It's what you do. The yell back to me instantly as I'm visible in the "dark" part of the ship. And as I take a photo of them they take one of the ship.

I can't believe there aren't more people out taking advantage of this beautiful entry to Kinabalu. Well, I hear the guy next to my balcony that he's having a shower now. Showers can wait methinks.

It's a Maiden call to this Port. Much excitement for the locals I'm thinking because while they are a Muslim county there are still Commonwealth links. And this ship is nothing if but British.

We are just barely moving now as we glide into the Bay.

Life is good.

Nothing better than sunrise and sunset at sea.
I also wonder why so few seem to appreciate it.
Even sunsets when most should be awake out on deck admiring it or taking photos is usually just a handful of people.
Besides you can always get your rest with the compulsory post lunch nap.
