I'm receiving multiple refunds for premiums which were paid before I actually cancelled policies. points are still in my WWR account.

No such luck with me.

My status is:
- Policy 1. Points paid. Refund for premium paid after cancellation.
- Policy 2. Same as Policy 1
- Policy 3. Points paid. Refund for premium paid after cancellation not processed (my wife dawdled around before ringing them up to take action on email).
- Policy 4. Points not paid. Still chasing up.

Another win here.

Just called up Woolworths and asked for them to manually send my points to Qantas as I wanted to use them soon and didn’t think I should have to wait till the quarterly sweep to use something I have already earned.

Lady said not a problem and manually did the transfer on the phone and points will appear in qantas in 2-3days.

She couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw my rewards points balance

Received points for 2 policies which is kind of what I originally expected. Will continue to pester them for more given what I have been told above.

Received points for 2 more of the policies so now 4 plus 1 for NoName Jnr. Slow progress. May continue to pursue the rest for a while yet.

I also got the same text to for one of the accounts. I'm having a hell of a time trying to get the 20k points for the account which wasn't credited. They say it happened on 12 April but it didn't so their pushing me to Everyday rewards.
