Got mine!! Time to cancel, my bird is tired of pretending to be a cat!

Edit: I saw they have changed the T&C in the new promotion, guess they realised their system isn't good enough to issue points in 30 days:
It is though, as I got mine within 10 days. I imagine it was the staff who were unable to handle the multitude of applications as well as management who were getting suspicious (hence those stat dec letters) and were holding out.

Has anyone that was asked to sign a stat dec received their points?

I have been told I will receive them. Monday was told I would receive points for all policies not cancelled within the cooling off period. This morning told I had been approved to receive points for ALL policies. Told they will show up by the end of the day. Will see what actually happens though.

points! thanks to those of you who picket fenced PetSure's head office... your work does not go unappreciated!

Same same. I was asked for a stat dec (which I didn’t sign l) and have been told I will receive all points. Makes me nervous when others are reporting points posting and I haven’t received them.

Stat declaration? That's way over the top, if they need a stat declaration to confirm your pet is genuine, I would hate to know what proof they demand when you actually want to claim on the insurance policy.

99F3953E-EDF1-4223-B827-EDF3C43B7A55.jpeg I sent about 3 complaint letters, each one escalating the complaint.

Just had 40,000 points applied so I am assuming they are for my pet and home insurances all at once. Looks like manual points application is totally doable!

Off to cancel policies now.

I definitely have not got the points for house insurance. But 45 days not yet elapsed.

Interesting. I did ask for compensation but that would be pretty generous if they doubled my points for the one pet insurance policy.

I keep getting told "my points have been allocated" by the Insure team and they direct me to WW rewards.. WWR are saying they can't do anything. incredible

I have points awarded for policies which I cancelled before the cooling off period and for which I received a full refund.

Actually just noticed one of the policies didn't get the points, 3 other did.

Received points for 2 policies which is kind of what I originally expected. Will continue to pester them for more given what I have been told above.
