$200 "Dining credit" towards a list of Global Restaurants

I’m hoping someone can find a Paris restaurant that does gift cards or Singapore

Just to report back that I dined at a restaurant in Bangkok on 23 Nov and got the credit back on 10 Dec, nearly 3 weeks.

We recently sought to use our credit at Wilma, one of three Canberra restaurants included in the $200 offer. On checking the statement a couple of days later, the meal charge was from 'Kokomo's' rather than Wilma. (Kokomo's was the name of the restaurant at that site before Wilma). We didn't get any email confirmation of spend and I was dreading having to go through the process of trying to get it all sorted. Much to my relief, the $200 has just been credited without needing any intervention from me, 6 days after the meal.

I'm still waiting for mine (same restaurant), it's been about 1.5 weeks so far...

I gave my card details to family members overseas, they just added my card to apple wallet and spent $200 in Singapore raffles hotel, credit posted after 3 business days.

family member dined at Singapore Raffles Hotel - Yi By Jereme Leung , they used my card in apple wallet , amex dinning credit post very quick.

I will try my luck at Raffles next week and post here how it goes. In my experience m it has always been smooth but things change pretty quick and unless the credit hits my account can't confirm it is smooth , cheers
