Though I feel the form is a little unnecessarily detailed I am glad you posted it.

I thought I had a booking for the 22nd but my mind was obviously playing tricks. I now have a booking and only about $25 dearer than when I first looked.

Dont loose sleep over it John, you are staying at HOP rather than joining the masses, so I would expect that someone will need to look after guesting you into the exec lounge. Tell you what, you look after your own arrangements rather than reading back through threads, or expecting me to publicly post what may or may not happen. I have learned from recent past, that no matter what is done, organised or fiddled with behind the scenes, some people will find an excuse to have a whine and a moan (or some of us a wine and a moan), so for that reason, unless its in concrete, i wont post any maybes.

Just for clarity, the event is not organized like other gatherings through a democratic process that is explained, debated, argued over, reprocessed, <redacted>, then regurgitated in its original form anyway.

We have 46 other instances where the information was gathered for purpose of supplying to the Hilton, 46 other happy punters. No one is forced or required to provide their booking information, if anyone does not want to that's fine, please acknowledge that by PM to me or anat0l
