The rain/damp will mean Dan will not be able to take advantage of getting Q2 done on the Supersofts. Will most likely be a few accidents however.

That was really very amateurish by Red Bull. It might be two races in a row lost by influences outside Daniels control.

Sure did. All about track position which they lost with that pit stop.

That and HAM cutting the chicane. Complete cough that when under attack you can go straight through the chicane and keep the place, yet if you did that while passing you have to get it back....

Albeit you wouldn't really want to win by being gifted a place.

That said, Merc strategy was absolutely brilliant and HAM did a great job in making the US last.

Redbull lost it with the pitstop, but better strategy by Mercedes going straight from wets to slicks and Hamilton lost a lot of time behind Rosberg to start off with. Hat off to DR, he drove the best race and still came second.

Yes, agree. RIC had a total of 13 seconds standing still in that pit stop compared with the usual 3 or so yet still rejoined the track just behind HAM. Definitely the one that got away.
