I think the drivers aren’t the only impediment. The car is just not competative, despite the Mercedes engine.
As to tonight’s race, doesn’t Silverstone look dry. The dry brown grass is certainly unusual and such a contrast to the emerald green of the Austrian GP last week.

It's the first time since moving here that the lawn in my backyard is brown, too. Unusual..... but we'll take it

Indeed, however I think it was a soft penalty. VER is in for a pit stop.... interesting.
