As posted, I suspect many roles will be fulfilled by third parties. (AKA Outsource)

For sure but why not sooner? why not 2000 jobs a few years?

Of course I'm not AJ (I don't envy him at all) and not a manager of a massive company but surely they could see this coming.

They've sat on their hands for so long that they've gone numb and now the only way out is to press the big red switch with those numb hands!

Haven't seen that sort of a split for a while

CX use QF's PER Intl lounge, so maybe CX may purchase it. OR QF may close it down and CX may use MH's lounge.

In proposing these changes, the QANTAS board has effectively said it promoted the wrong bloke to the top job. The QF strategy is to copy JBs VA strategy - domestic 737 fleet with A330 east west.

Funnily enough the only segment of QF business that reported growth was 'Loyalty'. Must have been all the AFFers buying wine through Epiqure...

I'm in exactly the same boat. The handcuffs are truly off! The SQ chicks are hotter anyway.
