How did you find out they were no showed?

Well. I didn’t stay so I’m assuming they marked me as a no show. Best case scenario they didn’t?

I received 3000 as well and not the actual hotel stay. So I'm not sure exactly what this 3000 is.

Thanks that's good to know @muppet and that would explain things, especially if it doesn't have to be activated. I don't recall getting such an email but I did make a QF hotel the day after I booked a QF flight.

I searched my emails and have had 3 x 3,000 point offers this year. More recently they have replaced it with $20 off an AVIS booking.

Have you perhaps got “No promotional emails” ticked in your QFF profile?

The title of that offer email is "Ready to plan your trip to <destination>?"

Interestingly, I didn't book in WEI but in CNS, where the QF departs/returns. So still holding my breath for the 5k point offer then.

Can I ask which dates your hotels were booked? Is it 4 weeks till normal points credit? Previous posts mention 6 weeks for bonus points.

Base points starting to come through for me, “stays” were 1/2/3 August

Like others, the Qf pts for the first stay (1 August) booked under the original offer (prior to its revision to a mininum of $100) has posted but no sign of the 5000 bonus Qf pts todate....
