One way to check a transaction has correctly registerd is to check if you got the ff points (1 or 2 points per liter depending the fuel type, plus any applicable booster). They seem to post overnight.

I did not get a success confirmation email, and got the SC after 1 month.
All my transactions were over $50 and I did not get 1 to 2 points per transaction:

02-Aug-2021
BP REWARDS
+33

01-Aug-2021
BP REWARDS
+210

25-Jul-2021
BP REWARDS
+99

11-Jul-2021
BP REWARDS
+68

04-Jul-2021
BP REWARDS
+34

Still no SC for me yet

It s one or two points per liter, depending on fuel type. Not per AUD.

Just posted in Fast Track thread, but for relevance of those trying to get 50 SCs as part of 100SCs for fast track program, QFF has just extended the Fast Track promotion until Feb 2022, which is great!

While this is a good thing, it makes it even more frustrating if the SCs are backdated to the first purchase.

Edit: I read this as the BP Promotion was being extended to February, as opposed to the fast track. But I think the comment can still apply!

Sorry about that - edited my comment above.

This might be a silly question but do fuel purchases paid for in the app count towards the 5? Wording in the T&Cs say 'required to scan their Frequent Flyer card at the time of each purchase'.

For some reason, one of my recent $50+ spends at a participating BP Rewards store didn’t seem to count as the ‘countdown’ on my BP app didn’t update from that transaction, but it did from a following transaction at another BP store. QFF points posted as expected and the first store definitely participates in BP Rewards. Has anyone experienced this?

When I spoke to BP, the rep told me that their system didn't do a great job of counting eligible purchases, so it's worthwhile checking with them once you believe you get to 5 purchases, just to check their system gets it all right.

Fifth purchase made on 09 Aug, still no SC’s - called BP this morning and was told they will come through in Oct…. Seems only the lucky ones got them early!
Hopefully they'll be dated in october as well (assuming you want that)

I made 5th purchase in August and they told me 6 or 8 weeks post promotion end date, but they actually appeared a week or two ago, so who knows!

Similar to above comment, this from BP on Facebook comment:

Hi xx_x, the Status Credits will be issued by Qantas approximately 6 to 8 weeks after the end of the promotion period (which is 30th of Sept) to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.
If you'd like to DM your bp account email address we can check if you qualify.

Yup, mine posted overnight too. I’d made my 5th transaction on 20th Aug.

Mine haven’t showed up yet, but my last trx was at the start of Sep. anyone with a final Sep trx that saw them overnight, as well?
