Reminds me of a quite large lady I saw just over 40 years ago. She couldn't work out why she was overweight as she only ate salads. First question - do you only have vegetables or fruit on your salad. Answer - no I like ham and salami and lots of cheese as well.

I opted for a second question - How many salads do you have in a day. Answer - at least 12 every day. Another diagnosis of caloric amnesia.

When I worked for a couple years in allied health care the largest most morbidly obese person in very bad health I came across in my life was a vegan. Not sure how he got in that state as I didn't ask many questions.
