Accor Fast Track to Silver/Gold/Platinum

no I did not, had to reach out then proved to them what I said.
I'm still waiting on my upgrade. Who did you email and what did you provide them please? It's been 4 days since the last stay credited, and no extra 30 nights...

I emailed [email protected] then they replied asking for evidence as below
Could you please provide us with the:

- Screenshot of the offer.

Just checked Accor if two recent stays had posted and my first stay of 3 or more nights since the QF Fastrack promo started had posted along with the 10 bonus nights as an existing Gold member.

But the stay was in Europe! Wasn’t it supposed to be limited to APAC? 🤫

Hi, I've been an Accor Plus member for the last year and it has suited me well. I've recently found out about ALL Signature - can these two be combined and, if so, what would the purpose be as ALL Signature gets you almost to Platinum where Accor Plus gets you almost to Gold?
Would it be for the free night and Red (last minute) deals?

Also, does my status get wiped clean at the end of the year?
So, if I were to take out ALL Signature now, I probably couldn't reap the full benefits?

I'd be keen to hear from others with their experiences.
Thanks.

Yes

As you've said, Signature gets you 85% of the way to Plat on (drip fed) status points. It's a long term investment though. In your next year, you'll accrue status points month by month to get to Plat. Then in 2026, Platinum will give you breakfast and lounges. I haven't looked at the current offer but you're also prepaying for ALL points at a very favourable rate.

This depends on your account. When is your Accor Plus membership year and how many status points have you already accrued?

Thank you for your speedy reply, @sudoer: much appreciated.

It's great that they can be combined - I should probably look into this then.

What you summarised in your second block makes sense.

My Accor Plus expires next month. I've almost 2000 Status Points currently (I'll cross that benchmark by the end of the year). What does this mean for my status - wiped out come EOY?

Will the order of renewal make any difference? If I were to take out ALL Signature before Accor Plus expires, should they affect one another?

Lastly, off I were to renew Accor Plus early, does it just extend a year, or does the counter reset from the date of renewal (i.e. losing a month)?

Wiped out, I'm afraid; Nights & points earned during the calendar year are reset after 31 December. Everyone starts the new year with 0 nights and 0 status points. Whatever status you have attained or retained in the current year will apply for all of the next year. If you attained or retained in the prior year (and not this one), then the renewal of your A+ membership will push the status out through the end of your A+ membership in the next year.

No difference - they each connect to your Accor ALL account. They are add ons, and neither controls the ALL account.

You can't change the timing of the reset, as it's the underlying Accor ALL program which operates on a calendar year. Your status attainment and retainment is always based on the calendar year; A+ just helps to extend it into another year, where applicable. If you pay early (and there are limits on how early you can renew), then all you are doing is bringing forward the payment for the existing A+ membership.

Cheers,
Matt.

@dairyfloss with your knowledge if I can clarify please.
I have A+ Traveller expiry 30 November.
If I take advantage of the 30% offer now for Explorer my expiry date will be November 2025?
Thanks

I’m afraid you wouldn’t be eligible for the discounted Explorer membership, as it’s only for new accounts… also, by the time your current membership expires, that promotion is over.

Your only option (if you want the 30% offer) would be to sign up with a new Accor ALL account

Cheers,
Matt.

I'm still a little bit in unclear with this: if I pay early, do I lose a month of A+? So, mine expires in October - if I pay now, will it keep the October date, or only go until next September?

The membership and it’s end date remains the same; you’re just paying sooner

Has anyone had issues with this offer with ALL claiming that the stays must have been booked after 23 May? I feel like they are making up all sorts of reasons to not honour the status fast track...

A bit confused. The email says bookings before May 23rd aren't eligible but you're saying only bookings before 21st are eligible? I'd have to check the date of my first email about it but that one sounds right to me

Yes, the promo started on or around 23 May. So one needed to register and book on or after 23 May for stays up to end of Dec 2024.

My understanding is that stays booked now will still be elegible?

My understanding is that all other accor subscription programs can be stacked except Accor Plus. It's specifically states so in their Web site.

Sorry typo, I meant post 23rd. As far as I can tell the booking date was never part of the eligibility, the stay just had to be completed during the promotional period (which it was).

When did you book?

Under the Ts&Cs (pretty sure they’re posted up thread), only bookings made on or after 23 May were eleigible. That’s pretty standard for Accor promos (and most Hotel promos ie new reservations).

I know I cancelled and rebooked a few to be sure. Saved money in the process!

Right yep.

Went and found my initial email and i think i see why you thought that. Though this promo had all sorts of incorrect information from them, so i'm not surprised.

The terms really only mention an eligible stay must be made.
Eligible Qantas Frequent Flyer members will fast track to ALL - Accor Live Limitless Gold status when they register via their unique campaign webpage and complete an eligible stay between 00:01 (AEST) 23 May 2024 and 23:59 (AEDT) 31 December 2024
Whereas the email itself said
Simply register, then book and stay 3 nights (usually 30 nights) at over 1,200 Asia Pacific Accor properties before 31 December 2024 to unlock your status upgrade.

Unfortunately despite what all their various emails and pages said, they have stuck to their guns about what the actual terms are and bookings made before registering don't count sadly.
