Accor Fast Track to Silver/Gold/Platinum

My profile has had white wine added sometime ago. Anytime wine is offered as a gift it’s a white now.
Individual hotels also keep note as the Sofitel Adelaide for instance knows I drink Pinot Grigio and will call me a day or 2 out from my stay to see if that is still my preference
Where does one populate this? Or is it something that a property or call centre has done for you?

Accor apparently have a bit more on their records. They have things such as the gift preferences plus PCV scores etc
It obviously aids them with upgrades and other perks
 
From time to time I receive calls from Accor for a “chat” and I mentioned the welcome gifts and how I was sick of getting reds as a gift and the kind lady went and made a note on my file.

Is that a diamond thing? I've never had Accor "call me for a chat". Can't say I really want them to either, but would like to register a preference.

I randomly get messaged from Accor properties. Usually just boilerplate niceties but occasionally useful stuff like pre-empting a private transfer from CGK to the hotel. Which was nice and gratefully received!

Yet, when I contacted same hotel asking for a private pickup passing through again, I was just directed to the shuttle service…🤷‍♂️.

At least they did private transfers for Gold and up back to the airport…

I honestly don’t know if it’s a Diamond thing. It’s usually been after an interaction with an Accor staffer. The first time was when we stayed in Jakarta and one of the Accor reps was in the EL and was introducing herself to guests and we got talking and she asked for honest feedback on various properties and she asked if we didn’t mind receiving a call when she got back to Europe. She called about a month later and said she had forwarded some of my requests on and it was then when I mentioned the welcome gift and she added it to my file.
I don’t know how much it helps in the grand scale of things but we have had the GM of various hotels in the ME give us a personalised guided tours and had some fantastic upgrades with the GM of Raffles Doha even promising a chauffeured Bentley to pick us up at DOH next time we stay there

Somewhere on my ALL profile it states I like beer - I've had beer gifted in quite a few properties including some I hadn't stayed at previously. Asked the front desk once at Movenpick Melbourne who confirmed it was noted on my ALL account.

I'm sure it was possible to set these somewhere on the ALL website but it appears to have been removed. The FAQ still mentions you can set "stay preferences" and "personal preferences"...


Might need to call and ask where I can set my preference to expensive champagne 😏

Might just ask next time I'm staying at an Accor property and see if they can set global preferences.
 
Could you put booze preference in the 'requests' or 'preferences' free text section in a booking? I always ask for room away from lift & generally quiet (that's also in my profile).

6. Combination of the Offer with other Offers:

The Offer can be combined with other offers to earn bonus Reward points or current promotional Benefits or other status-based offers. However, Members cannot sign up to several Fast Track Offers available during the same period of stay. Registration for a Fast Track Offer means the Member cannot sign up for another Fast Track Offer or other status-based offer (even if more favorable) valid during the same period of stay. Members cannot unsubscribe from a Fast Track Offer in order to subscribe to another offer valid during the same period of stay.

7. Offer validity period:

The Offer is valid from 17 March and 31 July, 2025

8. Benefits granted by the Offer:

In accordance with the General Conditions of Membership of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme, when a Member records an Eligible Stay in one of the hotels participating in the Programme, including at least one paid night actually spent at the hotel by the Member, the Member's account is credited with the Status Nights corresponding to the stay in the following ways:

  • A Classic Member gains Silver Status on accumulating 10 Status Nights.
  • A Silver Member gains Gold Status on accumulating 30 Status Nights.
  • A Gold Member gains Platinum Status on accumulating 60 Status Nights.
After signing up, members may, depending on their status, benefit from a Status Nights credit (up to 30 nights offered), offered after their first eligible stay of at least one night in a participating ALL hotel, in accordance with the following scale:

  • a Classic Member will be credited 5 Status Nights.
  • a Silver Member will be credited 10 Status Nights.
  • a Gold Member will be credited 15 Status Nights.

Looks like a similar offer to last year - but this time only one stay is required. Successfully registered for the fast track.
 
Tried to register but said I was ineligible - am Gold.
Found this online though, and was able to register
Booked a hotel yesterday so not sure if that qualifies ( need to register before booking?)
And how to get "Corporate Rate"?
In T&C's now cannot register for another fast track until after 31 May.

Update: I cannot qualify for corporate rate.

I had a similar offer if I renewed my Accor Plus membership before expiry (31-Mar) I would get 10 extra bonus Stay nights in addition to the usual 20 Stay nights. I renewed via Amex Platinum (for the first time ever) as there didn’t seem to be any criteria or exclusion on renewal method. Didn’t get the bonus nights and when I logged a case, they said wasn’t eligible and just basically quoted back a condition stating “it’s at their discretion.”

If I got back to Gold (have fallen to Silver), that might’ve convinced me to go with Sofitel for an upcoming trip to Singapore, but now I’ll go with Far East Hospitality at their Oasia hotel across the road. They lost a booking from me because of this.

I just noticed the same overnight. I was explicitly advised over the phone that the early renewal offer was 30 status nights (i.e. instant Gold renewal) vs the usual 20 night head start. Sure enough, only 20 nights have been credited now that my new member year has commenced. Will be logging a case to request the missing status nights.
