Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Does this page list ALL restaurants that have the A+ dining discount available to them or is it a bit patchy? Or is it just anything that isn't on the exclusion list?

Trying to see if the breakfast buffet and Third Space Bar are accepted at Novotel Perth Murray Street, but they aren't listed on the site and can't find any other confirmation elsewhere.

I wish I’d checked out this forum before blindly signing up to stuff - I really don’t know how to maximise this stuff.

I was on QFF fast track to Gold. Needed two nights and had them booked. Prior to said two nights I was seduced by the Accor Plus offer for Accor 4,000 points. Which ended up being confusing as it added 30 nights fast track but I still wasn’t gold.

Stayed my two nights and got Gold immediately. Says I am Accor plus gold until 31/8/2025. My opportunity to move to platinum however (requiring a further 28 night which won’t happen) expires 31/12/24.

So what happens between Dec 24 and August 25? Do the room nights go to zero on 1 Jan? I think I just need to make the most of what I have between now and Aug. I can tick over silver easily but can’t do gold without the fast track/accelerators.

Any tips or hints on how to maximise where I am at?

Many thanks
I'm pretty sure that your Status Nights and Status Points gets wiped at the end of the year (you keep your Rewards Points though). You keep whatever status you've earned but will have to start again from zero to maintain your status - it's based on the calendar year (I believe - am happy to be corrected if not the case).

We dined at an A+ Restaurant on Saturday night and had 9 people and 5 A+ cards and only got 44% off dinning

As expected - to get the full 50% off you need an even number of diners.

Hi All

please give me some advise.

I want to sign up for A+ now, my Accor account is Gold and need 20 nights. However, if I signed up via VPN with say Malaysia or Philippine, do I need to create a new account or Using a different email address than my existing Accor email.

I tried to sign up using my existing email it poped up with "Our records show that you are registered in Australia. Would you like to switch to Australia?" But if I used different email, how do I combine A+ nights with my ALL accor nights? Thanks for any input.

I played around with this earlier in the month, in the end I paid up the $399 as time was of the essence and I did not want things to get messy.
It is currently 30% off at $279 for OZ memberships (until 29th September 2024). Why not just bite the bullet?

I take it you used to be an Accor Plus member in Australia but not any more.

I have seen reports that you can
A) call them up and ask them to remove Australia from your account
B) sign up for a new account and call them and ask them to merge your new and old account
I think both options are non-standard requests, it could get messy and they may not say yes. But these are the risks you take if you want to avail of cheaper Asian prices but keep your existing points and status.

Has anyone tried successfully signing up Accor+ with different region whilst your Accor+ membership is still current?

My Accor+ membership expires on 31 October but there is a great deal on signing up via Philippines for $184. Unfortunately it won't let me signup as I still have Accor+ account:

I tried but not successful. Could not go pass the error

From everything i've read, it's not possible to use this discount to renew and if your current A+ membership location is different to the region you want to buy it, that wont work either. Only option is to use a different email.

I called Accor + to see if I could  renew my A+ and take up 30% off offer.

Answer was no, but if I used a different email address it would be okay.
My account number would remain the same.
Nothing in the App to reflect 2025 expiry.
She processed it over the phone but no email confirmation yet - should I be concerned?
