Not really. It was obvious it comes from Citibank but the specifics were missing. Turns out it is the Signature credit card, which I don't have so won't get a code.
Not only that, but they don't seem to have offer the code to those of us on electronic statements. Only those helping destroy forests with paper statements get cheaper wine as well... Quite odd IMHO

My advice is buy it cheap and drink it often. Of course I'm less likely to do the second without the first.
