+1 to that. Also known as Fromager d'Affinois. I'd toast the ciabatta in thin slices under a grill with a light Lurpak and garlic mix

But not too cold. I like Champagne at about 8 to 12 C

Out of the fridge is about 3 degrees and I find that kills a bit of the bouquet and the taste

Was just going to post the same thing! Champagne fridge expanded accordingly. Along with the "taste of Lenoble" pack (pack of 3 with the NV Cuvée Intense, Blanc de Blanc 06 and Blanc de Noir 06) special I got from champagne gallery and the previous LA special, I need to drink faster to clear some space!

Dans have Louis Auger vinegar* on special at moment - $27.90 bott in 6's - with SH/Wish = $25.04/bott - go for it kids - I know some of you enjoy this drop - you can have my share also.

I am having a head cold and a congested nose, and it's making the Moët almost palatable.

Taking the advice of champagne being medicine in a bottle a bit literally. Well, real reason was because it was served up at a friend's bday and it'd be killjoy to say no.

It was all quite innocent and yes I was tempted to lick off the Krug but there was more available in the bottle. Cruiser we had the non drinking Mrscove in 4F and I was in 3F. We will try the A side windows on the way back.
I actually like Moët and also Vintage Chandon.
No need to restrict yourself to one district when enjoying bubbles.
