Advice on champagne

I still prefer the 6 bottle "mystery" mix from EpiQure at ~$40 a bottle...

Many thanks to bismarck for the insight to what's in the mix

I have already knocked over the Billecart and Taittinger so pondering a second purchase!! If only it could swap out the Moët!!

Yes it was a great deal... Did you get to use a discount code so basically ~$40 per bottle average...?

But if not, was a pretty good deal at full price including the 800 QFF

Yes, discount code worked for me so quite a good deal I thought.

Did you pull the trigger?

Yep... hard to turn that offer down....

If the code still worked I'd pull the trigger again.....

SD169 @1.17 = AD148 - tantalizing huh?

Wow great tip Cruiser Elite. Will keep that in mind next time we pass through SIN and have sufficient connection time. If your flight departs from T3, will they allow you to buy a bottle at T2 and have it delivered to your gate in T3?

I love discovering biodynamic family-owned grower/producer champagnes. Such as this Reserve NV from the house of Raymond Boulard. Very yummy drop with a beautiful floral nose and bready notes. Lots of very interesting characters. Alas this house is no longer operational - all champagnes after 2009 are produced by Raymond's relatives under the Francis Boulard & Fille label after Raymond's death and his children pursued different directions in life. So it seems we've gotten our hands on one of the last batches of Raymond Boulard & Fils.

$55 from Champagne Gallery.

I did not ask that but I would assume so - I will indeed be trying to buy a couple of botts on our return on 9th so will advise outcome.

Shintaro - did you receive your Krug as yet? I am still waiting for mine - must be postie strike or something me tinks!

Dear Cruiser,

Greetings from Vine & Leaf @ Changi Airport Terminal 2. Yes you can purchase at our store and we will deliver to the gate if you are travelling to Australia or USA. You may proceed to check in at Terminal 3 as per normal, then take the skytrain to Terminal 2.

Do let me know if you need further details. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Thank you in advance for your kind support.
