Advice on whisky

Is it any good?
I tried the 17 and still have half left and would buy again at the old price of under $200. Now Google price is $499. Wow.
Yes the 25 is worth every dollar of the $499. Ive been accumulating a war chest of the 17 over last 6 months (have to know where to look to not get skinned on price). They are out there for mid $200's - $300.

The OP 15 hits way above their price point. Thats the best buy for your money imo. It has panels on their 18. I think Nicks have it for about $130 on clearance atm.

My mistake, I actually have the OP21 instead of 17. Bought for$195 from smwhisky 2017. The 17yo is actually Craigellachie. I actually like it.
I am eyeing the OP12 gift set from whisky company for $86. However the low abv 40% is a let down.

Found out about the markdowns at my local BWS in Carindale shopping centre QLD.
Turns out they are shutting the shop as they only make profit during December.
I went in to collect the 2 x Balvenie for $78 and left with:
Grandfather Port for $64
Tenjaku Whisky for $61
Glenfiddich 15 for $98

Still many bottles left. Reach out if you want some (BNE based). I might return to the shop...

I just snagged a Balvenie 12yo Doublewood for click and collect. I'll see what else is in there when I pick it up.

Anyone tried that Sheep Dog peanut butter whiskey liqueur?

Yes, I know. Sounds weird. Strangely enough, I like it.

DUTY FREE
given this is $250 retail,
Bargain at melb airport.
