I have had AC account since Nov last year when I signed up HSBC S* card. However, I have never received any email from AC on buying points at discount or bonuses. How do you all get the communications?

Not sure but have you checked settings, receiving marketing communications is frequently something you can opt in/out of.

I don't believe there's an option to select PE unfortunately. Y, J or F appear the only selections.

I’m in the same boat! I’ve never had an email about points sales and I’ve been a member for many years now.

Now that you’ve subscribed to this thread, you’ll find out here! I also read some of the other blogs from time to time such as One Mile at a Time, and the deals are always posted there.
