Aeroplan (Air Canada) is now selling points

I have had AC account since Nov last year when I signed up HSBC S* card. However, I have never received any email from AC on buying points at discount or bonuses. How do you all get the communications?

Not sure but have you checked settings, receiving marketing communications is frequently something you can opt in/out of.
 
Does Aeroplan not have access to SQ premium economy (specifically on Australian routes)?
I am able to see the availability on Velocity, but not on Aeroplan

I don't believe there's an option to select PE unfortunately. Y, J or F appear the only selections.
