IS there an issue with the TripIt importer? Cannot seem to import anything - its loading the details from TripIt correctly. Tried in Chrome and in Edge and having the same problem.

I imported a few nights ago, didn't work at first but I closed both TripIt and AFF tracker, cleaned cookies, closed browser (chrome) then opened all again - worked after that.

One thing also to check is that you are definitely flagged as a 'Traveler' on the trip/s in TripIt. I had a period of great frustration where I couldn't import a couple of itineraries, and it turned out that somehow I was just a 'Viewer' and not a 'Traveler' on those itineraries. This meant that the script wasn't picking up the itineraries for import. Probably not all that likely unless you regularly share trips with a business group or family members.

Me too, was thinking of finding this thread the other day but didn't get around to it. Will try clear cookies etc. and see if that fixes. The itineraries are there to import but the button just doesn't work.

Tried in a new browser that has never logged into TripIt or AFF and still getting the same issue (Safari). Everything is there, however if you click 'import' it just does nothing.

Also tried deleting all cache/cookies/browser history etc. in Chrome, relaunching and signing in to TripIt etc. again. Same problem. The segments all display (and it even shows which ones have already been imported and which ones haven't) but when I click the import button just will not work.

Any other thoughts?

Yes there is now a problem importing from Tripit to Flight Tracker
This is due to Flight Tracker now using the more secure HTTPS which is preventing the import from Tripit.
Fortunately, there is a easy fix: When using Chrome, on the (top right hand side of the) import box you should see an image (I think a padlock). Simply click on it and you will get the option to import from an "unsafe" page. Select this option and the import works!

Seems to be a referral error. You can get to Openflights directly (openflights.org), but the referral from AFF is to https://openflights.australianfrequentflyer.com.au/ and that is what does not work.

Hi,

I removed AFF Flight Tracker from Tripit as I was having issues importing trips. Now the cookie hasn't been removed and I can't re log into Tripit from Flight Tracker. Is there anyone able to reset it so I can add trip it back in?
