AFF Flounge Xmas Run Dec 3

Anyone else flying down from Brisbane?

I'm on QF505 departing at 6am, to maximise F lounge time ... having said that, I've tried that twice now. The first time the power was out in SYD and we say in the terminal for 3 hours and the second time there were thunderstorms in BNE and we were delayed getting out by nearly 2 hours. Third time's a charm :)

I'm on QF509 which gets in at 10am

I think an 0830 hookup at the T2 QP should do the trick. I will be already in SYD that day.

8.30 for pancakes in T2 QP! Sounds like a great idea, see you there. Also looking forward to meeting the others joining the festive run and the Tattinger!

That's about the time my flight arrives. So depending on actual arrival time I will either join you guys or head straight to the F lounge. Eggs benedict + tattinger is slightly more appealing than pancakes :)

I believe the Bollinger Rosé is back.

Will see you there for a quiet drink or 3 that's for sure.

Finally booked JQ35 in Star Class, what a rip off but I shouldn't have left the booking so late. :( at least I will console myself knowing I will earn 40SCs.

Flying Virgin Australia in PE back to Brisbane at 6:00pm.

Must have been pricey for the business max?

Checked in ... 29G ... another reason I hate flying JQ.

At least you can check in! Online check in won't work for me.. called JQ and they can't tell me why not (maybe the website is overloaded from their sale), was advised to just check in at the airport.

Sorry that doesn't work for me, asked about check in at QP before the three hour check in rule, JQ didn't know and told me to call Qantas. Any ideas?

:oops: as a humble long staying visitor to this country I do not have a lot of experience with domestic flights leaving out of the Int terminal so here comes my (probably) silly question;

do I need my passport?

You need either a passport or drivers licence for th D sticker

Passport it is then, because of some interesting RTA rules I can't get an ozzie drivers license even after more then 4 years

I have checked in for 1A on my Qantas flight to Sydney and selected seat 1A for Jetstar to Melbourne, but at the moment I can't select seat 1A on my Virgin flight to Brisbane, will wait until check in opens as I can't select any PE seats at the moment.

I checked in but was unable to print and now I can't retrieve the page - "all flights on this booking have already been checked in". I think I was about row 36, middle aisle
