Hi all - sadly not going to make this. I booked the Marriott in North Sydney for the Friday Saturday and Sunday night at $249 per night. If there is anyone that hasn't booked a hotel and wants to take over my booking please let me know. It's totally refundable so if no one wants it then I'm not out of pocket.

I have been in contact with HARS today and there are no longer any spots available for the 747 premium tour. The wing walk might be subject to availability. For those that had previously indicated on the signup form, you will have received a conversation message today advising you of next steps regarding this.

We are now 4 weeks away from event start!

Final numbers for activities will be confirmed a week prior to the weekend (in about 3 weeks time). Therefore, if you would like to come but have not indicated this through the form, you only have 3 weeks left to do so.

Additionally, money needs to be transferred before you are confirmed. If your money has not hit the event account before the cut off, you will not have a spot at anything you have indicated attendance of. Those that are confirmed are listed in post #4.

There will be some lucky door prizes on the final day, similar to other events that include a bus.
