I know that if it is OOL I certainly won't be making the trip down under! Concrete city much?

Sent from my Transformer TF101 using AustFreqFly

I voted AKL, but I'd be happy with most of the destinations...

Okay, I’ll wait patiently for the next poll where we choose a city. Hobart is my suggestion (despite not being able to organise) as it was second place with Queenstown for the 2011 event.

I thought we were voting on a city in this poll!

I am slowly losing the will to live....

Not sure where it's all up to. But just it back from NZ. I am happy with the Gold Coast

NZ is always a good option, AUD$ worth more, easy access for everyone (except WA maybe SA) on the East coast, can combine with other activities and make a holiday ....maybe, time and date will dictate,
I like Queenstown, but will look at other options

Should we discuss what year as well
Yep, 2012 for the winning candidate host and 2013 for the runner up host :p

(Maybe the title should be changed to "... #6 [2012]")

I would prefer to continue using new host locations rather than go back to one done before, despite not having been a member for the first two ;)

The September to November time still seems like a good plan.

Some of the above places look great but we should be mindful of getting there and back in reasonable time frames and also amount of accommodation available and also costings as well.

Ayres Rock would be a great location but flights are limited and costings there are huge for everything.

I believe we need a criteria of sorts for these functions.
