Yep I saw that but worth a shot. I've resent the email with my TK Gold statement without actual physical card so will see what happens.

Would be great if they could match and I'm way short on SC with VA for renewal and will be doing more OW flying over the next 12 months than *A.

There is at least one report of a match from Alaska to Air Berlin Gold - but it was from MVP Gold75. Is your status the same?
If so, you could try again.

"Scan of Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan MVP Gold75 card sent to [email protected]. Reply said I would receive topbonus gold card in two weeks. Took 2 days."

If not, you may have to be content with Silver. The only other reported match I've come across was from MVP Gold to Top Bonus Silver.

Well, there was one report of a match to Gold - but from the highest MVP level. Match reportedly occurred this month.

They are just handing these out like candy, they queried my first email with a coughpy screenshot of my TK status via website. A few days Later I received my new TK Gold that was just matched from A3 Gold...sent them a photo of that.. 24hours gold match

My Etihad gold staus expires end of month so wasn't hopeful, but still got my Topbonus gold match today, within 48hrs. Hurrah!

I got denied with the screenshot as I can't find my physical TK card and have requested a new one... I doubt it will be here before AB stops this status match program! I'll just have to look all weekend... ugh

Wasn't accepted for me, I tried my *A Gold with screenshot and because it's not physical card they denied but did say if I can give them picture of card they will match.

Now we wait for TK to send it out to me...

They are very efficient in Berlin, took them only three hours to tell me to get st***ed with my VA status...

Is there any other program that I can status match to from VA Platinum? It seems it's excluded wherever I look.

I thought Gold status equates to OW Saphire? Just got a statement indicating that I'm Emerald. Surely a typo.

Mine shows Emerald, too. But it looks as if all the reports so far are from existing OWE holders.
Could it be carrying across from the QFF Plat/Plat1 status?
Just a thought.....
