The PVG - MEL redeye CA177 arriving on Tuesday 26 September (A332 B-5933) should do so at 1000 hours, 115 minutes late.
 
Monday 16 October sees CA430 (1325 hours SYD up to CTU that did not take off until 1554, A333 B-8579) suggested as arriving in the panda capital at about 2343 hours, 128 minutes behind the timetable.
 
Monday 6 November 2017 has been marked by morning and early afternoon storms around Sydney. CA173 from PEK only took off about five minutes late at 0205 but is arriving at approximately 1607, 37 minutes behind time with B773ER B-2046.
 
Thursday 11 January 2018 has CA177, the 1915 hours Wednesday evening PEK - MEL that took off at 1956 (A332 B-6533) likely to arrive at 0954 hours, 54 minutes late.
 
Wednesday 4 April 2018 sees CA795, the 0235 hours PEK - BNE that if anything took off a bit early at 0246 likely to arrive at 1545, 35 late. A332 B-6080 has the task.
 
On Sunday 15 April 2018, CA176 (timetabled ex SYD at 1020 hours for the delights of PVG, A332 B-5927) took off at 1126, so arrival has become an estimated 37 minutes late at 1947 hours early evening.
 
Wednesday 2 May 2018 has CA176, the 1020 hours mid morning SYD - PVG that was not airbvorne until 1243 this afternoon (A332 B-6533) likely to arrive at 2056 hours, 106 minutes behind schedule.
 
CA178, the Wednesday 3 May 2018 scheduled 1015 hours MEL up to PVG that took off at 1102 should arrive at about 1649, 34 minutes late with A332 B-5927.
 
On Monday 7 May 2018, CA177, the overnight from PVG down to MEL (A332 B-6533) should arrive at about 0850, 45 minutes late as at 0826 it remained in a holding pattern above Bendigo and Heathcote, Vic.
 
Friday 11 May 2018's CA165 (0105 hours PEK down to MEL, A333 B-8383) did not take off until 0809, so it may have some very tired and grumpy tourists on board.

MEL arrival is expected at 2142 tonight, 307 minutes late. This flight has a long turnaround in MEL so its return, CA166, the 2000 hours may be able to depart at around the 2310 hours mark back to PEK.
 
Tuesday 5 June 2018 sees CA177, the redeye from PVG down to MEL likely to arrive 43 late at 1033 with A332 B-6549.
 
Tuesday 26 June 2018 finds CA177, the Monday 25 2045 hours PVG down to MEL that did not take off until 0056 this morning (A332 B-6090) likely to arrive at 1255 hours, three hours late.

CA178 is not the 1015 hours MEL - PVG as it is on two other days per week, but a scheduled 1205 hours. It should be able to depart at around 1410 this afternoon if all goes well with a minimum turnaround.
 
Tuesday 3 July 2018 has CA177, the overnight PVG down to MEL (A332 B-5918) not arriving until 1032, 37 late, partly due to being in a holding pattern above Kerang.
 
Friday 20 July 2018 has CA176, the 1020 hours morning SYD - PVG (A332 B-5927) not taking off until 1058, so a 36 minute late, 1946 hours, arrival is expected tonight.
 
CA165, the 0105 hours PEK down to MEL that took off at 0144 on Friday 27 July looks to be arriving at around 1524 this afternoon, 49 late.
 
Monday 30 July 2018 has CA429, the super early morning 0150 hours from CTU to SYD that took off at 0307 (yuk!) suggested as arriving at 1523 this afternoon, 43 minutes behind the timetable.
 
Monday 13 August 2018 finds CA165, the 0105 hours PEK - MEL that took off at 0226 likely to arrive at 1621, 106 minutes late with A332 B-6093.
 
Sunday 19 August 2018 sees CA795, the 0235 hours PEK down to BNE (A332 B-6117) having taken off at 0306 so arrival is expected at 1601, 51 late.
 
On Thursday 23 August 2018, CA177, the redeye from PVG down to MEL is likely to arrive at 0858 hours, 53 late. Aircraft is A332 B-5932. CA178, the 1015 hours will be only marginally delayed. This again shows the wisdom if feasible of international airlines allowing more than minimum turnarounds in their scheduling (subject to slot availability, staff and connection considerations and costs).

Sunday 26 August 2018 sees CA175 (A332 B-6536) from PVG down to SYD suggested as arriving at 0922, 72 late. CA176, the 1020 hours scheduled return will be unlikely to depart prior to 1045.
