On the 200's yes!Is there only one lavatory for all of business class? That's what the QF seat map now shows.
On the 200's yes!
28 passengers and 5 crew sharing one small lav for 10 hours. Geez that will be fun on a long haul like HNL = avoid like the plague!
Will the -200's do long haul international legs once refurbed? If the answer is no as the -300's have 2 lavatories, your answer is moot.

The issue the for us now ( as our flight seat map is still on the old configuration) is whether we move our present seats, which are in letters which will not be dropped. That is move them from the centre together to ,say, 3K/4F (still letters that will not be dropped)which split us up in the old configuration seat map, in the hope that the flight IS reconfigured by late Feb 2016 and thus get us as close together as we can be when other seat letters are dropped upon reconfiguration? I hope that I am making sense?
The new A330 configuration has made its first appearance on todays CGK runs (QF41/QF42) with VH-QPA operating these sectors and funnily enough is operating out of Terminal 2E (Garuda's own terminal for international flights) instead of Terminal 2D for some reason.
The only Asian destination which hasn't seen a refurbished bird is BKK (QF23/QF24).
I was supposed to be in a non refurb plane tomorrow SYD-SIN but now it's a fresh bird. And the upgrade fairy has smiled on me. 6f or 3f? Have 3f at the moment but 6f and 7k are available (QF81)

Qantas Source also reports VH-QPG into BNE maintenance on 24/6.
Given this aircraft has yet to be repainted and is seemingly out of order, assuming for the moment that this is likely to be more minor maintenance, and the QPE will replace it in the coming days.
From the Qantas Perth-Singapore press release that I can't link to due to post countRefurbished A330 aircraft continue to be progressively introduced on network, with four refurbished domestic aircraft now in our fleet. All of our east-west overnight flights from Perth are now operated by refurbished A330 aircraft.
It appears that one way to guarantee getting an upgraded bird is to get a red eye out of PER
