ANZ Platinum, 50k bonus QFF points after $1500 spend, no annual fee first year

That's not right. It should still be 50k for the basic card.

I called them ANZ giving any answer to shut me up.. wait for another two months and i should receive the 25000 point.. but i don't believe them...

The other interesting thing that happened to me today when I went to be ID'd at the ANZ is they have another offer for their Access Advantage Account (essentially a savings account), if you open account, deposit $2K and open an internet banking account (or the app) they will give you $100. Account needs to be open as at 15th Oct. They seem to be throwing money around, am sure some will find a use of this offer!

For those interested in this, looking at the T&C's it would appear that this offer is open to people outside of NSW/ACT if the account is opened online.

Awesome, looks like the standard card I got has had the 50,000 points credited !

Hit the $1500 on the Black card today. Will keep and eye on it to see whether or not they appear there as well.

To save a call, the contact center operator indicated that the bonus Points will be credited on the 4th statement regardless of when you've fulfilled the offer within the eligible period. Who knows whether that's what will happen in reality but that's likely the official line they're going with and you're therefore unlikely to get a different answer.

50k Points posted today! Nowhere near the 4 months' timeline quoted. Just over 3 weeks after I made my qualifying purchase.

As they sent me the both black Visa and Amex cards, how many points should I get either sooner or later? Is it 50,000 or 100K?

Well the black does come with two Qantas Club invites, Veloce access (access to lounges worldwide) AND a discounted QC membership any of which may be useful.

The higher cards also do have slightly better points earn for that $1500 you have to spend.

For those asking, this is a combo product so you automaticlly get two cards with it, you only have to spend $1500 across teh account (not per card) and you only get 50,000 QF points bonus per account (not per card)...

I got my Black card a few weeks ago, have spent over $1,500 but not showing the 50k bonus so hopefully sometime soon...

Platinum and Black both get 1.5 points on the AMEX. Basic only gets 1/$.

Got told that mine was in the mail today... We'll see how that turn outs and whether I'll have them tomorrow. I think it will require activation which means I'll need to go into a bank for that.

You can activate online, it's identification (AML) that require you to go to branch if not known to them.
