Is that a lesson right there? - when applying for a card you should specify a credit limit that's the lowest allowed on that product

If you play the churn and burn game, absolutely. But if you use for day to day spending or play the balance transfer game too, a tiny bit more thought goes in to it

3 hrs later got email saying approved.

Did you have a problem with the 75000 points posting? ANZ are telling me not eligible as a previous card was only closed 11 months and 1 week earlier

No problems at all. But i was aware of the 12 month exclusion and waited it out.

Offer seems to have changed back to no fee first year, $2500 spend in 3 mths for the 75k

Was when logged in to my anz online a/c, clicking though Products-Credit Cards.

Now I look again it says ' banking offer', so maybe need an online a/c?

I just saw that earlier todayand applied. Platinum and Basic seems available as well but not sure if they will honor it since it says internet banking offer. Maybe people can sign up for an account or something.

Nice. I applied under the $425 and 75k offer, but this is much better.

Trying to decide between ANZ QFF Black or ANZ Rewards Black.

ANZ QFF Black:
75,000 QFF

ANZ Rewards Black:
37500 VA Points
25000 KF Miles
25000 Asia Miles

Personally I value VA/KF points more then QFF, but in this instance I think QFF is the winner right?

@grounded bonus points finally arrived at 91 days after qualifying amount spent. Have put in an upgrade request with the same but I don't like my chances.

The answer is yes to both Dannyism. As long as it has a QF flight number you can use the QF International Business Lounge.

So I recently got this card and received the points about 30 days after hitting spend amount. I will probably cancel the card soon because everything with ANZ is a hassle. Not easy to set up direct debit. Long wait times on calls. But it was great for the points! Just waiting for a new promo to come up somewhere else so I can switch.

Mine posted very quickly, after the first month also. It's now my every day card on account of Apple Pay and one of the best QFF rates you can get.
