The price in the USA is before sales tax which varies from state to state.

Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon have no sales taxes at all according to my friend google.

I've had a Note 3 for the past two years (first android phone) and am due for an upgrade shortly, wondering whether to go back to iPhone.

I think I will but sometimes I wonder if I am just better getting a Chinese android phone around the $350 mark as it will still do the job.

That sucks. Although $200 isn't bad!

I got a 6s 2 days ago... good to be back apple I must admit. Came from a Note 3 back to the iPhone and it just worked. Simple as that.

Buy a glass screen protector. Was in Syd airport today at the IT store and the salesperson said they did exactly this when they crashed their ipad yesterday.

I put a tempered glass protector on mine and a spigen case. I'd be surprised if it protects the glass to be honest... not in a hurry to find out!

Sorry, I'm from Sydney so can't recommend a place in MEL. But in terms of price, I fixed SWMBO iphone 4s screen for $65 at a little Chinese place. So $200 seems excessive.

Will be in China in 2 weeks so just waiting for prices from there - my #1 man had his replaced once by a cut price place and colour of screen all wrong so he refused to pay - that was about 60% of what Apple wanted.

Phone is $19/month on plan over 24mths - payout figure would be $399 now - $200 just does not compute for me.

Its meant to cover the cracks so still usable.

The iPhone 6 Plus screen is bigger and the S has more advanced tech in it. For force touch and much higher resolution theses things costs and with Apple you will get it done properly with a full warranty.

Where did that 2 years go :shock: Off contract and one of the kids is super keen to get my slightly used 128GB iPhone 6.

Just ordered the iPhone 7, 128GB, Jet Black .... have only used 60.5 GB - so I'm sticking with 128GB. FWIW - I've ended up with 9,914 photos on the phone. Happy to say most of those have all been taken on holidays

The only thing stopping me upgrading to 7 is the ear phone jack. Oh yeah. And the contract.

But but but - I did get the large ipad pro on a contract this week. Now have a junior ipad and jumbo. I love it but the keyboard $ brings tears to the eyes.
