Realised I hadn't registered one of my ABN's so I get in the 10K + 10K bonus offer with it (albeit for a $50 sign up fee) - but I think it's well worth it.

Email has been sent to Staples from both businesses to ensure "Aquire registration on Staples.com.au"

Looks like I'll be doing a little shopping for 30K points

Sometimes it works to pre-register and then forget to register by previous deadlines...I only realised when I tried to sign into the non-existent account...

Points need to be earned "before 16 November 2014" to get the 10,000 points... I see potential for disgruntlement.

The 10,000 bonus Aquire Points offer is only valid for Aquire Members who earn with a new Aquire partner (which they have not yet earned with prior to commencement of the promotion) between 12.01am (AEDT) 9 October and 11.59pm (AEDT) 16 November 2014. The 10,000 bonus Aquire Points will only be awarded once per membership during the promotion period after the first earn with a new partner. The bonus Aquire Points will credited to the Members' Aquire account within 8 weeks after the Aquire Points earned with the partner appear in the members' Aquire account. Refer to the applicable partner's terms and conditions as Aquire Points fulfilment timings may vary. Any additional bonus Aquire Points earned from individual partner offers will be credited separately as per the applicable partner's terms and conditions.

In this day and age of computers these points should be posted almost instantly. This 8 week and 4 week rules are just BS.

Afterall why haven't the first 10,000 points hit the account. They were just dependant on signing up. Just a stalling tactic which creates frustration.

I have still not heard of anyone receiving them, and almost a month has also passed in my case. Not quite a month has passed since the commencement of the promo. I wonder what would happen to someone who bought today if Staples doesn't post their points before the end of the promo.

My experience with every Aquire partner I have used has been universally terrible. No points from Regus, many months and many emails later I finally got my QBE points. Staples order Oct 12, no points posted yet. And they want us to pay for this?

According to the T&Cs on the Secure Parking web site, it is 6 weeks for points to land:

Please allow 6 weeks for Aquire Points to be credited to your Aquire account.

There is also a discrepancy between their web site and Aquire's on when the 6/$ promotion ends.

Secure Parking:

Earn 6 Aquire Points per AU$1 spent on or before 30 September 2014. From 1 October 2014 earn 3 Aquire Points per AU$1 spent.

Aquire:

You could earn up to 6 Aquire Points for every $1 you spend on all Secure-a-Spot bookings made on or before 16 November 2014.

IME it can sometimes take up to two weeks for QF flying earn to post to Aquire, so hardly surprising that partners can take even longer!

I have received points, although they're essentially backdated.

If you're waiting, have a look back at your statement for October, you may see it!
