I guess sending those screen shots this morning to aquire might have done the trick? :p

After logging into my first business membership and looking under "Offers", looks like this page is working :D

https://www.aquire.com.au/offer/QANTASOFFEROPEN

But clicking on the "register now" button of the above page, it took me to this page:

https://www.aquire.com.au/membercampaigns

so I clicked "register" and it took me back to the first page again :confused:. Then I clicked (again) on the "register now" button and finally got:

Your business is now successfully registered for this offer.

So I logged out and go register my second business. Rinse and repeat the same steps - so it happened on both my registrations. A bit frustrating that it takes 3 steps, when it should take 1 .

Red Roo, you may wish to pass onto Aquire.

Emails from Aquire today with "no subject" does no one proof read anymore?

I created an account at Staples in Oct 2014 but never received any Aquire points. I emailed Staples and received the reply below.

"I have been advised that in regards to the missing points you will need to contact Aquire directly. It appears you may have signed up with Staples via their Aquire website which did not register your details with Staples that you were in the Aquire program (this explains why you did not receive an email from staples advising confirmation that your Aquire details have been submitted). There should have been a request on the link to register your ABN number however I cannot see this has been actioned.

I have been advised that you will need to contact Aquire directly to advise of the situation and they can then forward us the relevant request to determine how many points they will be issuing for you."

Accordingly I contact Aquire only to be told that I needed to talk to Staples! I contacted Staples and was told that Aquire had told Staples that they (Aquire) had to OK the points. I contacted Aquire AGAIN and eventually requested to speak to a supervisor. None was available - not sure why. Asked for a supervisor to ring me today and the name of a contact. I was told that a supervisor may not ring me back for days and no name could be provided.

Here I am stuck in a Catch 22 alternate reality. If I rang my business as poorly as Aquire, I and my employees would soon be on the dole.

The mistake was made by Aquire when they directed me to the wrong page to create a Staples account. Why do they continue to pass the buck and not rectify the situation? HOPELESS - AQUIRE
