Aquire 10K bonus for using a new partner and double flight points

Nope, no joy here still. Might have to chase. Did you leave the original 10k? I'm wondering if its because I moved it out...

I don't reckon that's it, but I'm sure they'll post for you soon (see below). I transferred the bonus 10k points (plus 12 points from purchase from Staples) to junior's new QFF account within a couple of days of them posting to my wife's aquire account.

Happy Dude, do you remember when your daughter's account was established? I've been watching out for a family member's new member bonus points and no joy as of yet.

I joined her up on 26 November 2014 (during the QF new member "10k bonus for 10k points in 1st 3 months" promo). Transferred the aquire points the same month (obviously when the QFF account had opened). Points posted almost 3 months to the day later.

Well 4 months after my Lounge visit, numerous phone calls and emails and best intentioned follow up from Qantas Aquire team, my 1000 pints for a first lounge visit are still not in my account. Regus even promised an extra 500 points for the inconvenience. I've been told it qualifies and it is going to happen - just never seems to. Aquire team also assures me the 10K bonus will apply. So I'm still hopeful of a 2015 solution and decided to check at about the time of the next federal election to see if the points are there. Has any one else seen any Regus points?

No, I'm still waiting for my 1000 first-visit points. I've only ever made the one phone call. My guess is that Regus are having trouble generating the Points Interface file for submission to Aquire.
 
The 10k bonus for receiving the 10k from Aquire has finally landed in the account. Happy days.

Well today I logged in and my balance seemed to have gone up but no recent entry for points. I searched back and found this entry

But is was not there before. And it has no date of the transaction (which I am relying on for the 10K bonus). So how long to wait for the bonus?

That's not totally fair, I've found them quite useful for my QFF balanceM

After taking advantage of promos and all the flying it sums up to tens of thousands of extra QFFP in in my account.
Yes, Regus are pain in the **s but even if I end up getting nothing from them I'm still getting plenty of "free" points from all the flying that I do anyway.
 
I've earned >100,000 QFFP with sign on bonuses - it's been bloody brilliant!
 
According to the screen shot I took, bonus points may take three months from when the qualifying points are earned. So I've got till March.

Points showed up today. According to my calendar, that's pretty much 3 months from qualifying points.
Not exactly speedy but I can't say they're late. Glad to have the points.
 
Finally used my Aquire membership for a product I needed - in this case parking. Aquire membership got me a further 10% discount - so ended up paying $27 instead of the already discounted $30 (for 3.5 hour parking in South Brisbane).

81 Aquire points for a couple of minutes work, plus CC points. Almost worth it :D
 
Regus Bonus Points.

Well pretty much exactly 6 months after signing up and visiting a Regus Lounge I have the 10K Bonus points. I even got an extra 500 from Regus for the inconvenience.

I am not sure if it was the handful of phone calls, the 10 or so emails, the collecting all the evidence of the visit and sending it or Red Roo's intervention that all made it happen like clockwork (ie so slow you can not be sure it is moving at all). In fairness to Red Roo - their involvement is very recent in this long saga.

It would be interesting to see if anyone else has been successful with Regus - there have been others reporting issues.

What more can be said about such a service fail that was meant to inspire me to use their services. I certainly did not sign up and take an afternoon out of my itinerary to visit one of the lounges to get 10K points. Sure the offer prompted my sign up - but such lounges could be useful generally for us in international business - I just don't feel I could trust Regus with any sort of venue booking after this.
