Aquire 10K bonus for using a new partner and double flight points

Just checked my firm's account.

Staples base points awarded 11 November, still no bonus points. (Yes I know it's not 8 weeks yet, but really - 8 weeks to post some points? WTF?)

QF flights taken on 16 December, still no points.

The last entry was for 2 Dec when they finally got around to crediting bonus points for QF flights taken at the end of September.

Aquire is a complete joke and we will not be renewing. I am positive they deliberately delay posting points in the hope that people forget about what they are owed and don't follow up.

My guess is that they had a far bigger response than anticipated especially if some opened 20 accounts each. An expected trickle became a flood.

I am glad the points have posted, but I actually had no contact with Aquire. So for me the process was painless.

Perhaps I should thank all the AFFers who hassled Aquire/Staples into getting their system moving.
