Apparently I joined 4,346 days ago and first took on a flight from OOL-SYD on January 2013. VA0540 in case you were wondering. Umm no. I flew well before January 2013 but why let the facts cloud the email sent.

In the top 1% and received an upgrade on my next flight. I flew last night, but no upgrade, have a flight on Friday, but already upgraded. Checked my next weeks flights, and now see, ive been upgraded on my flight home.
All my other stats are incorrect, i guess its the thought which counts, and i wont look a gift horse in the mouth.

Even when virgin platinum I never got anything near that much treatment. Mostly ignored, sometimes inconvenienced for off duty staff or friends of crew. Currently gold and my email says low single figure %%%

I wonder what criteria they used to determine if you get an upgrade or not. I easily beat your km flown number but I am most likely behind from a revenue point of view (which is most likely more important).

As we struggle with getting enough sectors but ample SCs (1800+sc last year), I wonder what the algorithm gave me.

Upgrades are always to be celebrated so congrats to those that got one!

No emails for me because for the life of me, cannot figure out why I never, ever get emails from VA but my details are correct.

I had this issue since I joined Velocity and only started to notice it when I was climbing the status ladder after a few months of calls and emails to VA they have finally fixed it so I get my statements now, for the longest time they were adamant that they were right and I should be getting emails but eventually after a lot of complaining they looked into it and fixed it.

Edit: Although I did not get this email for some reason.

No % in mine as my flying domestically this year was curtailed significantly and my Int has been on partners (EY and SQ). But got 30% discount. My stats are way out too.

I have been a member and flying with them since 2005 but it said 2011 in my email.
