Just a quick question, could I use the same methods to pay for HECS as with the ato? Or are there more options, less restrictions. Just asking for my daughter as was looking at paying down some of hers early. Please PM me if there are better ways.
I PMd a few people who recomended it, and I have been using it now for a week myself. No issues with it whatsoever.
I paid by phone using the Dragon.A little OT but anyone knows what is the best to pay for Land Tax to SRO VIC?
Whilst sad, the high surcharge the ATO charges for a MC (0.70%) means I had already stopped using this card for ATO payments (0.66 Qf pts per $ but changing in May to 1 Qf pt per $ for 1st $5000 then 0.5 pts per $.BW now off the list as of 21st May 2019.
BW now off the list as of 21st May 2019.
This has been the case for a while, but for me and some others, was unenforced.
I wouldn't be so sure just yet about Bankwest not working after 21 May. The info being sent out by BW specifically says there are no changes to the types of transactions that are eligible for earning points after this date. (The changes are to Qantas point earn rates and caps.) However, the ATO is now specifically listed as a type of transaction that doesn't earn points. So anything could happen, really.
