Yep that was my issue. How secure…….I had issues. I used a password generator to generate a complex password. When I dumbed it down, it worked. That's rather poor.
was your card renewal coming up?Called up to ask if there was any compensation for losing the AFR. Got told no. Even after I threatened to cancel my Plat Charge. Dude didn't want to help at all. I bet they're getting a lot of calls about it lol.
So I just called again and went straight to cancellations instead. Was offered 120k straight away. But that was for retention (and not for the loss of AFR).

You can see HBR here as a section but it is very limited
