Full miles and taxes.
I just emailed them about this two days ago. They offered me to contact the operating carrier as a cash fare may be more "economical"

+1 on that, while they are open all hours different centres process and I tend to agree that evening AU time seems to get the easiest passage, mainly in that they seem happy for you to have researched and propose a routing without wanting to search themselves from scratch.

Is a ticket number something like
E-ticket xx_-xx_xx_xx_x (3 digits-10 digits) ?

So just booked a SIN-SYD redemption, and it appears in checkmytrip with a ticket number as above and a SQ confirmation code, but neither work on the SQ website. Is this normal? Or does that mean it hasn't actually gotten through to SQ?

If you have a iphone download the SQ app. My SQ booking via LMs shows up on there - I was able to do seat selection etc.

Strangely, the SQ confirmation codes don't work on the SQ site...use the LM confirmation code...works for me.

You can retreive the booking on the TG website by putting in the confirmation number ?

May have to go over in the next few weeks and am thinking about buying miles then booking in J for a couple of $100 more than Y.

Anyone had experience trying to recover details of an account I forgotten juniors account number , I created a gmail account for his account and can't recall that either , I have contacted Lifemiles they want me to photocopy his passport and email that through which I am a bit hesitant to do ?

send in the passport. there is little or no security issue.

if you LOST a passport, that is more complex. but just a photocopy? nothing to worry about. and no address on there or phone number.
