Sydney just won the cricket is the reason why some of my replies were slow seeing I was watching the game.
With BW World it seems if you can get an emailed form from BW you should get the card but this is after you have BW Platinum and the sign on points if applicable at the application date.

hey all - ive been looking for threads and on the BW website, but just want confirmation. More Rewards is not transferrable to any FF program, is it? Wanted to make sure of that before I apply for the More (and then ask for a World upgrade)

Just ring to ask to be upgraded. They will 99% send the form by email.

hedge, my understanding is that this card is a "semi-exclusive" invite only. You have to be holding a BankWest credit card to be offered to sign up to the World MasterCard. So there is no public link as BankWest card owners (eg BankWest Platinum) would be offered to upgrade to the World Mastercard or they can request to be upgraded to World Mastercard.

The points on the B/W World card are a flat 1 per $1 on everything.

I have just received the Bankwest Qantas World M/C, does anyone have the SPG promotion code handy at all, I cant find it anywhere & I suspect Bankwest may take some time getting back to me
