Excellent. Looking forward to my statement. Might just try and apply for a Bankwest debit black if this first one is successful. I have to say there were a lot of fails with the Telstra payment. Not sure if that's related to internet connections or not.

I generally get a few go wrong out of every fifty. When it says there's been "an unexpected error", that means the fifty allowed transactions have been reached. Telstra may not expect it, but I do!

For me the unexpected error is my internet connection. I usually check my online bank statement to make sure I have reached my allocated 50 transaction per day.

Technically how many credit card or debit card can you have against one name? Is it the normal debit card and the platinum?

yep theres been quite a bit of connection errors, but keep trying and you should get to your daily quota

Yep, I had quite a few issues (a lot more than usual).

Can you only do 50 transaction on the weekend? I did 50 transaction this morning, then tried to do another 50 just now but transaction doesn't go through.

I'm doing my regular morning run now. No problems. As noted previously, the clock resets at Perth midnight, so eager beavers in Sydney or Melbourne might have to wait a bit.

I was told by a Bankwest person today while trying to apply for the platinum debit card just after closing time that I can apply for the card online while still able to retain my old debit card. Has anyone tried applying online? Saves having to go into a Bankwest branch.

I am finding the same thing. What's happening on your end?

No matter what, I am getting "Transaction failed" and I have tried random amounts between $0.01-1.50. I definitely have enough in my account.

Yep looks like they have finally shut the gate A pop up error message would probably be handy so we aren't all trying different amounts, different times etc - All they have to say is 'One payment per day' or 'Min payment of x dollars'.

Signed up for NBN with Telstra a few days ago and asked if I could have it on another account number, because they were going to put it on my current account number that I have for my mobile, this way I can spread the payments over two account numbers I was thinking. They didn't have a problem with it
