Bankwest Transaction account [General Discussion]

Bonus pts hit my account too as did the pts for the 400-odd 1c transactions I made through Optus.

13,262 arrived today.

8 points into friends account (didn't open at same time), hopefully next month...

13800+ points - thanks heaps to the OP and other posters in this thread. Aiming for 7000+ points next month.

No points for me but I was told that since I opened the account after the 4th of the month, I will need to wait until 4/5th September for the next transfer of points.

Looking at my statements I actually made more than the anecdotal 50 transaction per day maximum (60 or 70 a couple of days) and got the points for each one. I might try to ramp things up a bit and see what happens.

Transaction points didn't show up on my first few statements but then they showed up on my latest one as an adjustment. I think others have had a similar experience.

10,711 points posted from Bankwest today. My QFF account also shows 5,000 points in July for "Optus Consumer Promotion", which I didn't know about. I don't remember activating any offers so that was a nice surprise.

Can someone smarter then me explain how/when the actual transacrion points are meant to be credited onto the statement?

Every month what I spend does not show up on the statements...

They have said everything is normal (failed to always ring mw back! Kept a call journal..).

Todays statement reci3be by post is only showing 10k in bonus points, but on qantas site, says I've got another 3000 ish in points. ..

Photo to get what im on about:

Sorry about photo quality, about to goto work.

Hi All,

My 10K points posted to QFF account too. Opened the account on April 29th, deposited 2K each on 1st of May/June/July.
