There is the RAAF 737 that the PM usually gets around in, and I think its generally available for other ministers if the trip is important / time constrained enough.
But I don't believe any 'senior' minister at any time should have an Australian government plane.
RAAF 34 squadron based in Canberra handles these requirements.
Agree with your comments however we should maintain that capability which was my point.
You need to assess the importance of the delegation on the relative merits. Being taxpayer funded there are established guidelines.
