I am eligible but no matter what I do the app rejects my certificate.
When you upload, are you uploading the PDF certificate? It can't be a screenshot, vax record or the international travel certificate.

I have tried creating a PDF of the certificate with the tick but the only things that seems to convert to PDF are the International Travel Certificate and the vax history . The QF guide for Android says the certificate is automatically saved to Files App and to select "View Covid-19 digital certificate (PDF)" but mine says "View Covid-19 digital certificate" with no reference to PDF . When the certificate is selected the only option is save to phone on "Google Pay". I do not use Google Pay but as Google control the world I have set it up. It then says added to device but it is accessible as an image in Google Pay but not as a PDF anywhere. I have given up and it looks like a trip to a Samsung store to see if they know the secret.

In the top right corner there is a share button (circled blue below), you press that and can then save the PDF to the device or drive.

You don't need to convert anything. you just need to have the pdf created by the medicare app saved to your phone to then upload via the app.

yes, it is finicky I agree.

Thanks all for your thoughts. I have previously achieved a PDF (several times) from the certificate share symbol (top right corner) and managed to save it to my Adobe file a coupe of times, but when each is opened it is an earlier certificate showing only one vax even though the certificate on the screen shows both vax's. This PDF is rejected by the QF App. The document number it shows on the PDF is different to the document number it displays on the screen - different documents. I am a cynic when it comes to digital technology and this is another example. I will attempt to contact the immunisation register people.

@CMA222 easiest thing is to download certificate from medicare website on your computer, this ensures you get the actual digital certificate (which is securely signed).

Then you can just email this to your phone gmail account, save in a My Files folder on your phone then upload into Qantas app.

The phone versions that go in google wallet etc are not quite the same as the full certificate you can download if you use your laptop.

I had trouble getting my certificate for a while, as I've lost my passport. But then I realized that I can get a different certificate which doesn't require a passport number. Now when I try to apply for the promotion, I can't find the offer in the app anymore. I had accessed it once before, but not completed it due to the aforementioned problems. Anyone else have this problem?

Edit: Although it was working previously, I figured that by deleting the application data that may be thinking that I already claimed it, it may reprompt for it again. I uninstalled and reinstall the app, and now the prompts are back on both the home and My QFF pages.

Edit 2: Such a hard decision. I chose the 15SC, as Princess Fiona pointed out that they had been changed to LTSC. Bonus 1,000 Qantas points, 15 status credits or $20 flight voucher if fully vaccinated against COVID-19

They appear to have made an error on their list. I was expecting R. MEL, VIC on there.

Typical QF :D
