My application has been rejected twice I can't see what is wrong

I managed two family accounts successfully but the third keeps getting rejected because the details don't match Velocity's. Like you Steve, I can't see anything that doesn't match. I think I've about exceeded the time I'll spend for 1000 points though.

I didnt get an error message for my 4 boys last night (and I inadvertantly transposed a date of birth).
They were already in the mailbox system

Mine was initially rejected because of differing emails. ...tbh all this effort for 1000 pts is really not worth it!

get around providers that don't accept amex? .Some city councils don't accept amex....

Slightly off topic but I pay my bills (AGL, SydWAter and Rates) that don't have AMEX option but have PostBillPay and select Paypal option then select AMEX as my pref credit card. I have Westpac AMEX and I get 3points per $1 wooohooo

Took me three tries to be successful I spelt my name in all capitals as that is the way it shows up ion the Velocity site

I've now received the rejection emails for the under 18s

I thought I'd completed this but received no acknowledgement email. Checked and ran through the steps again and got confirmation within 24 hours. Now to wait for the points to credit and change it back maybe?

I don't think I'll change back, I look at my balance and transactions online, not really sure what the value of the statement is.
