Same here. Gone past 21 days since I applied. Pretty poor effort.

Just seen this and realised I am in same boat. Applied an age ago and only got the confirmation from Virgin & Auspost on the 5th April. Seems a funny coincidence that so many peoples accounts were validated after the promo had expired... If anyone does retrospectively get the points please post updates!

My bonus Velocity points have just posted, after I had lost all hope of getting them! I would say that if you applied before the deadline you will eventually get the bonus points...

Yes mine posted as well a few days ago, and received the wife's through family pooling. I too had given up on getting them, so pleasantly surprised.

Anyone still waiting on their 1000 points? I lodged a case on 08.04 and received a message to provide more details on 14.04. Since then, I've heard nothing. Can't find a number to speak to someone about as all telephone menu options lead nowhere.

I'm still waiting on mine. I raised a case with AusPost on the 8th April and they replied mentioning that due to a higher than expected volume of requests some points requests were still to be allocated, but that I would "certainly receive these points in the next couple of weeks". That was 4 weeks ago.

Quite conveniently they then closed my case as resolved, so I've now had to open up a new one.

Still waiting on mine. Applied around 1 week or so before cut off, but was only approved after the deadline passed. Still haven't raised a case, but probably should.

I sent a complaint to Auspost they replied asking some questions to confirm my details and around 2 weeks later the points have credited with an apology.

Cheers for this, I guess I'll have to chase them up again. This will make it the 3rd time I've had to contact them directly on this issue.
