Didn't expect them to post so quick, surprised the 1,000 posted overnight. pretty good. Hopefully the 3,000 from the amex deal post just as quick

Yes mine have posted already which was fast by normal standards. BP bonus points take months sometimes.

Just realised my application never progressed from pending, and still hasn't. And thusly I missed out on the 1,000 points. Pretty annoyed TBH.

I (successfully) linked my Velocity account to MyPost on 12/03/2016 and have still not received any points. Looking at the missing points claim section of Velocity there doesn't appear to be a drop-down option for MyPost/AusPost - can anyone recommend the best avenue to chase up these points?

Maybe: [email protected]

It's for airline retro claims but they should be able to handle claims for other partners, otherwise you could give them a call?

I've contacted velocity and we need to contact mypost /australia post for them to follow up on the missing points

My Mailbox/Velocity connection didn't take place until today, despite applying on March 22. What are my chances of successfully chasing down the 1000 points?

I note the T&Cs state thusly : "You must connect to Velocity Frequent Flyer to receive your Velocity member statements through MyPost Digital Mailbox by 31 March 2016."

Given it took almost two weeks for that connection to take effect, and I have no control over the speed of that process, am I in with a shot?

Same here. Gone past 21 days since I applied. Pretty poor effort.

Don't hold out much hope for getting them... I am *still* attempting to get my points from November when I first signed up, it was a "link anyone and earn VFF points" thing. They denied it as they said my account wasn't linked properly. Ummmmm well then how come when I log in, my VFF account number is clearly showing?

Now again in March I linked my Virgin account for Virgin statements for another 1000 points, and again I haven't received any.

Going to raise hell with customer service on this one too, that's 2 deals they haven't paid out on now so far when I clearly followed all the guidelines of the promotion.

But... just try raising a support ticket... LOL I first raised mine in December and it's STILL going they only reply once a month, with a stupid question I have already answered, and I respond immediately, and then they wait another month to ask me another question.

Not good enough :(

Same thing happened to me, signed up mid march and only got confirmation on April 5th. and I contacted MyPost and Velocity last Thursday via email to see what could be done. Received an email back from velocity same day saying to contact MyPost and i have today recieved a phone call from MyPost saying that they don't give out the points and i need to contact velocity to chase this up....Have asked for an email from MyPost so i can take it back to velocity. Don't think i'm going to have any luck but i'll give it a try.

Do you have to link each Virgin FF account to a different Auspost mailbox? Or can you link multiple accounts to one?

1 Mailbox per VF account
1 Mailbox per email address

Okay thanks. Each mailbox requires a mobile to receive a verification SMS - we don't have 4 mobile numbers to use.

I got all my family and friends to do this in the last few days of March and the accounts were only linked in the past week or so going off the emails received

No points received on any account

Very poor from Aus Post and Virgin, but given the incompetence of both companies I am not surprised.
