QF 772 Perth - Melbourne -29/5

Thanks to the girls in J for excellent service, sorry i can't name the individual as her name badge was in a awkward position and didn't want to be seen as a perv

29MAY QF750 ADLSYD

Relaxed morning refreshment flight with Candice looking after J. It was her first flight serving up the front and was a little nervous. But being the old hand on that sector that I am, I saw her through successfully  She was really positive and I hope to see her on more runs to SYD.

QF 30

HKG > MEL

01/06/15

Following on from my recent flight on QF 29 a few days earlier ..... I once again felt that the Crew onboard this flight (QF 30) did a Stirling job & deserve a mention.

Not only did myself & my travelling companion receive amazing service yet again on the return journey.... We felt that the entire crew went over & beyond as the flight had one Flight Attendant go sick at the last minute, meaning that the crew was on an absolute minimum in regards to crew/passengers ratio.

Midway through the flight another FA went I'll & needed to recover in the crew rest area for the remainder of the journey, meaning that the remaining FA's were stretched even further, but it certainly did not show.

The crew went about the task at hand providing outstanding service throughout the flight, smiling the entire journey back to MEL & remained calm & positive despite being short staffed.

What was apparent was the Team effort that was shown, with the second officer even helping out sitting at an emergency exit door upon landing, as a member of crew needs to be seated at every emergency exit door at takeoff & landing.

The CSM, Lisa, apologised for how busy the crew appeared to be for which we said,
"we actually noticed that the crew appeared very busy in the J Galley, but you all still went about serving customers as if you were a full crew & we haven't noticed any drop in standards".
Lisa informed us the J section was completely full (30 seats) & Y was approx two thirds full.

So I would like to give a huge shout out to Lisa , Sharon (CSS) & Jy the bubbly & charismatic FA in Y who looked after us throughout the flight & remained positive & upbeat throughout the duration of the flight.
Jy in particular we thought was an outstanding FA, who won us over with her Witty sense of humour & can do attitude.

That makes two outstanding flights from Qantas International so highly memorable.

As a member of the Survey Panel on both of my recent flights to & from Hong Kong I have given great feedback on the talent of the Crew & I certainly hope that doesn't go unnoticed.

I certainly can't wait to fly back to Hong Kong on QFi in the near future again & return my custom.

QF15 Thursday - the whole cabin team run by Gregory were very good - being friendly, efficient & professional (with a special shout out to Meredith).

They should be winging their back to Oz this evening ... safe travels.

QF7 Sydney to Dallas - J crew shout out to the lovely French accented Ronald I think his name was. So lovely and generous, offering extra beverages I hadnt even considered. He was a bit fresh, cracking jokes like "dont tell your neighbour or he will want one". It was fun and made my flight even more enjoyable

Everything was flawless, from check-in at the first class counter, to FLounging and boarding - until I put out the table tray. Just one word to describe: disgusting. Covered in food crumbles. Also, worn off plane in need of refurbishment.

Fortunately, the cabin crew was outstanding, and made it up for this horrid experience. My compliments to them.

QF 2, 8th June.

First class. LHR-DXB - I think it was Lorna, who has looked after us before, was excellent again. DXB-SYD - Narelle looked after us and was excellent too. Really nice service from both, making the end of our holiday easier to take :)

QF450 Sunday 7th June (A332). The CSM and crew were great, dealing firstly with a missing passenger, then providing excellent support to a couple with 2 children in J, and finally chasing the pesky missing crackers from the cheese box. Probably the best domestic crew we have had.

QF718 PER-CBR on 7th June. Luke and the team were easily the most outstanding CS Team i have come across on a plane.

Took the time to introduce himself personally to each passenger in J and i believe status customers in Y.

Very personal and attentive service which made the final leg of the 28 hours of travel much more enjoyable!

A big thank you to Megan (CSM) and her team on QF 497 from SYD to MEL last Friday (5th June). One of the male FAs (sorry I didn't grabbed his name but he was greeting J pax at the L1 door on boarding) was extremely friendly and (tried) to welcomed me on board in Mandarin (I am Chinese) and offered to take a picture of me in the J suite after seeing me grabbing a picture of the suite. He also engaged in some friendly small talk before making his way down to the Y cabin.

Megan was also excellent in that she asked each J pax how they are going at least once during the flight and had an engaging and warm attitude which made the flight enjoyable.

I was on this flight in J too! Agree the CSM (Alleda?) and crew were very good. I liked the way they made it clear the lateness of the missing pax was not really her fault given her flight had been cancelled. I thought that was classy. Hope those around her heard the same.

A big bouquet to Dione, FA in Y cabin on QF128 departing HKG on 21/6/2015 for SYD. She was very helpful and gave great recognition for Plat. status, even on Y cabin, including ensuring that I get an empty 3-seats all to myself (the plane not too full) and promptly providing all sorts of amenities from noise-cancelling headphones to express cards. Very helpful.

This isn't a bouquet for FAs but the check in staff for the domestic Melbourne Qantas Club. This afternoon is bedlam, what with school holidays and all, but they have been very good obliging me with an earlier flight and gave me two choices of seat. Today the fleet is at full capacity, but still to show great customer service under these circumstances is impressive. Red Roo please accept, and pass on, my thanks.

The MEL team are great.

I've flown with Luke (Silkington?) a few times. He is a cut above everyone else. So personable and friendly!

29 June at SYD F lounge on my quick visit when flying to BKK. Martin was very helpful in getting me a pair of PJs for my day flight. I had worked until 02.00am and then caught a flight at 06.00am to SYD (delayed but that's another story) and desperately needed to sleep on my long haul flight.

Much appreciated and I slept very well. :)

Those Qantas PJ's are such a fashion statement in their own right..... I've seen them on display many times whilst walking around Southbank, from weary eyed visitors coming & going from Crown metropole. :)

At risk of sounding like either a relative or member of a fan club, I was very lucky to once again have Alison as CSM on a Jetconnect flight this week, with Becks serving in the J cabin. Superb service again. Alison remembered / recognised me, gave me a good seat on board and made sure I was looked after. It was greatly appreciated.

it started with a very nice gesture and effort from one of the hosts in the Sydney F lounge. I did not catch his name unfortunately, but the combination of his request to the crew and Alison's efforts turned a poor and tiring day into another great Qantas experience.

will be leaving feedback with specific flight details via the website later. I sure hope it gets to the individuals concerned.

Red Roo, could you please organise a bouquet for Hope, who was looking after the J cabin of QF147 on Friday 24th July.
She was great, service was fantastic and she obviously enjoys her job.

It made a for a fantastic flight for my wife and I, so thanks :D
