So how many people are paid-up starters for this?
Around 20 at this stage, should be fun, room confirmed/paid for and the ducks are nervous! We may also have some mystery guests.......(with possibly a corporate amex cough cough).

So that you know where you're going to be, here are my photo's from my visit to the private dining room last month:

I am an apology.

Have a good xmas if I don't catch up with you all.

I submitted the menu request yesterday and was told that there are new menus, so after going through it with the restaurant we came up with the closest options to what originally was selected:

entree - guests to choose

rosemary, almond and fennel crusted pork, caramelised apple terrine, walnut crumble, nasturtium

gold coast calamari ‘twice’, stanthorpe apple salad, pancetta, nuts and grains

seared scallops, watermelon, tomato, baby beetroot, watercress

main - guests to choose

prosciutto wrapped loin of sovereign five star lamb, sebago gnocchi, broccoli

mushroom crusted eye fillet, roasted pumpkin and ricotta rotolo, asparagus, cabernet jus

peppered pan fried barramundi, crispy squid, potato whip, frisee, garlic ginger dressing

dessert - guests to choose

orange and almond cake, roasted peach, orange gel, caramelised puff

dark chocolate brulee, strawberry pearls and paper, phillis clark’s lost bread

coconut and kaffir lime panacotta, charred bowen mango, pineapple salad

I apologise for the unexpected change, if anyone is unable to find something that suits please let me know !
