Just got an invite to Bretts Wharf in 2 weeks for a dinner, so made me think of this thread.

Alas, it's the night before the First (Cricket) Test, so I will be a non-starter. With 3 nights in a row ahead of her in putting the kids to bed, I think it will be wise to be home early that night

I think 12 or 13 have paid up, so about 12 or 13 spots left based on 25 for those people who can't make up their minds until the last minute.

The conference and function which I thought might clash with this dinner has now had its dates announced....and it's the week before! Woo hoo!

Just bought myself a ticket. I didn't specify any meal preferences, but I'll partake in whatever has been nominated so far. Duck sounds good...

prosciutto wrapped loin of sovereign five star lamb, sebago gnocchi, broccoli served medium
cape grim sirloin, nettle mash, artichoke, field mushroom, cabernet jus served medium
peppered pan fried barramundi, fennel and orange confit, landsborough zucchini flower

dessert
crème caramel
vanilla crème brulee, pistachio and lemon cake, raspberry gel
sticky date pudding, salted caramel, hazelnut, sesame crisp
